Paying Your Mortgage – A simpler way to make your payments
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the easiest way to ensure your payment reaches us on time every month.
If you’d like to set up a Direct Debit, please contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.
Pay Online
Make a secure debit card payment in just a few clicks.
We’ve recently upgraded our systems to make paying your mortgage faster and easier. You no longer need to log in to a payment portal, simply enter your account number and some personal information to make a secure payment.
Other Ways to Pay
While Direct Debit is the best way to pay your mortgage repayments on time every month, you can also pay using the following methods:
Standing Order
Set up through your bank or financial institution.
Cheque or Postal Order
Make payable to Mars Capital and send to our postal address.
Bank Transfer
You can transfer funds via online banking or at your bank branch.
Please note that all payments should be made using IBAN and BIC only.
Ensuring Your Payment Arrives on Time
You can choose when and how you pay, but please note:
Payments made at the end of the month, especially on weekends or bank holidays, may not reach us in time unless paid by Direct Debit.
If we do not receive your payment within the calendar month it is due, your credit file may be affected.
To avoid delays, we recommend making manual payments at least 2 business days before month end.
