Mars Capital was established in 2015 and is a Regulated Credit Servicing Firm, authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland and located at 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, D04 C2N4, Ireland. Mars Capital has the capacity and regulatory authority to service loans secured against properties and has €8bn AUM, experiencing significant growth in recent years. We provide services that span the full lifecycle of a loan post origination, from drawdown through to loan administration, asset management, enforcement as well as syndication, securitisation, and standby servicing.

Central Bank Codes
We are subject to the following Central Bank Codes and Regulations:
Consumer Protection Code 2025;
Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48) (Lending to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) Regulations; and,
Minimum Competency Code.

Regulatory activities
Our main business activity is credit servicing. This includes the administration of residential owner-occupied mortgage loans, buy-to-let mortgage loans, and loans to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
Fees and Charges
We do not impose fees or charges on borrowers for engaging with us in relation to financial difficulties through the relevant resolutions processes.
Where permitted under the terms and conditions of the mortgage agreement, legal costs and other third-party costs may arise in connection with enforcement action or legal proceedings.
Your Personal Data
We gather and process your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, for the purposes of managing accounts where we are the owner of loans, or on behalf of owners for whom we carry out credit servicing activities. Conflicts of Interest
Our policy is to avoid any conflict of interest in relation to our products and services. However, where they arise and cannot be reasonably avoided, we will disclose the nature of the conflict to you in writing and will only continue to transact business with you when you have acknowledged that you are aware of the conflict and still wish to proceed. If you have not been advised of a conflict of interest, please take it that none exist.
Event of Customer Default
Where you are in default in relation to your obligations under your original mortgage agreement, we will ask you to take action to remedy the matter. Where the default is not resolved, we may seek to enforce your obligations through legal proceedings or the enforcement of any guarantee or security under the original mortgage agreement. At all times, we will adhere to the terms and conditions of your original mortgage agreement and any applicable Central Bank Regulation or Code of Conduct.
Complaints
Complaints are handled under our Complaints Policy.

You can also lodge a complaint by phoning us on Freephone 1800 816 121 or, if calling from abroad, +353 1 526 8580 Monday to Friday from 9am to 9.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt and will keep you updated every 20 working days with the progress of our investigation. We aim to conclude our investigation of your complaint within 40 working days. We will send you our final response explaining the outcome within 5 working days of the conclusion of the investigation.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, or we have not concluded the investigation within 40 working days, you have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman by writing to:

Changes to Terms of Business
We will notify you if there is any material change to these Terms of Business at least 5 working days prior to the change taking effect.
