Formed in March 2015, Mars Capital Finance Ireland DAC, trading as Mars Capital, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. We are an Irish credit servicing firm servicing loans on behalf of loan owners (see below section "Who owns my loan?") from our offices in Warrington Place, Dublin 2. 

Our business model is to seek to understand the circumstances of our borrowers and help them, using all reasonable means available, return to long term financial stability.

Based in Dublin, we have been authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI register number C145706) since 17th July 2017 under the Central Bank Act, 1997 (as amended).  Registered in Ireland No. 558978. Registered office: One Warrington Place, Dublin 2, D02 HH27.

What does this mean for me?

If your loan was sold by Bank Of Ireland in 2023 then it is part of the Snow accounts serviced by Mars Capital.

Mars Capital handles the credit servicing on performing and non-performing (accounts in arrears) residential mortgage loans and loans to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.

If your loan account serviced by us is in arrears, we will assign one of our dedicated case managers to speak to you with the aim of working with you to agree an appropriate and sustainable solution to your arrears. We also service accounts which have exited our Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process, been deemed unsustainable, or have entered the legal process.
